SUMMARY:Dashain Festival Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Dashain Celebration is an annual major event hosted by NepSA for the students and Nepalese community in the Okanagan Valley.\nOur plan for this year is to bring together the broader Nepalese community in the Okanagan Valley at UBCO by hosting a big festival celebration. We will organize cultural programs like putting on the auspicious Tika and Jamara from seniors and singing\, and dancing cultural performances. The aim is to bring together people who keep an interest in Nepalese culture\, protect and promote Nepalese culture and values\, and traditional food\, dances\, and songs. \n  \nLocation: UNC 200 Ballroom
