DESCRIPTION:It will be a painting + pencil sketching night with beautiful live piano music. This will be a collaboration with the Expressive Arts LLC and the UBCO Piano Club. The painting and sketching will be based on people interpreting their favourite classical songs. There will be a grand piano at the center so people at any time can go up and play songs that they love. The event is meant to build relationships\, create spaces of performance\, and combine different arts styles together. \nThis will show residents the intersection of music and art. This allows people to see the similarities between different art styles which gives an opportunity for people with different passions to come together enjoy one another’s arts. I am hoping people will enjoy learning from one another and hopefully even taking other art styles and ideas into their own art style/medium. This is also a great opportunity for residents to meet like-minded students that are not on campus! Free drop-in entry. \nLocation: UNC 200 Ballroom
