Taking place on the UBC Okanagan Campus in Kelowna\, BC on Syilx Territory\, this conference invites 5-minute student presentations centered on thesis work or research at any stage that can be explored through an interdisciplinary lens.  \n  \nUndergraduate and graduate students from across Western Canada are encouraged to submit their work. A Call For Proposals is open until January 19\, 2024\, and event registration will open March 11\, 2024.  \n  \nThis conference will include: \n\nA keynote speaker address by Dr. Yelena Gluzman (UofA);\nStudent research and panel presentations;\nProfessional and casual networking opportunities;\nMorning fireside talks; and\nCoffee\, snacks\, and a catered lunch. \n\n  \nTo submit your abstract\, register\, or learn more\, visit www.interdisciplinary.ca \n  \nThe Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences\, Interdisciplinary Graduate Studies Student Society\, and Okanagan Academic Fund are supporting this conference.
