DESCRIPTION:Motionball for Special Olympics is a not-for-profit organization that raises awareness and funds for the Special Olympics Canada\, which helps fund local programming for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Motionball Marathon of Sport is our signature event. It’s an amazing event that happens once a year on campus. More than 100 UBCO students will come together to fundraise and play alongside local Special Olympics athletes in a tournament of sports\, friendly competition and inclusion. \nLocation: UBCO gymnasium

DESCRIPTION:motionball is a national non-profit organization that raises funds and awareness for Special Olympics. The Marathon of Sport is our annual signature event\, which is an amazing day where over 100 UBCO students come out to fundraise and play alongside local Special Olympics athletes for a fun-filled day of sport and inclusion! You can sign up as a team captain\, where you would recruit your friends and create a team to fundraise and participate in the event\, or you can sign up as an individual and we would add you to a team. The registration fee includes coffee and pastries in the morning\, lunch\, and a motionball t-shirt! Plus\, if fundraise at least $50\, you can get your registration fee back.
