Spin & Strength Free Class

Please join us for a free, members-only Spin & Strength class on campus. The class will be held in Studio 3 at the Hangar Fitness Centre (lower-level). It will be a 60-minute class, with equal parts spin and strength training. The event is only open to GWL members; attendees will have to show their card at the door.
RSVP will be required via a Google form we will share on our Instagram.
