How-To Join

1.

Create a student account

Visit Campus.HelloRubric.com/GetStarted

Select
“University of British Columbia Okanagan”

Enter a personal email address and create a password.

Preferably, your email address should be the same as the one associated with UBC Enrollment on Workday.

Choose

Find and select the Student Association you want to join in our directory, then under

‘Memberships’, choose ‘Add to Cart’.

Note: Some Student Associations may have fees to join.

***If there is a Course Union related to your major or minor, you are an automatic voting member – so join and get involved!

3.

Check Out

Check out and finalize your order!

Note: If a Student Association does not have information or a membership option available under the ‘Memberships’ tab,

All Student Associations are active each academic year from August 1st to July 31st. You will need to rejoin the Student Association each year after August 1 when it is reaffiliated with the SUO.
