Annual General Meeting
April 26 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
i. receiving and approving the preceding year’s financial statement;
ii. presenting the annual operating budget of the Course Union;
iii. receiving the report of the President with respect to the activities of the
Course Union in the present academic year of the University;
iv. special Resolutions and/or Ordinary Resolutions per the agenda; and
v. receiving motions from the floor.
