This event will have a ‘sleep station’ set up for World Sleep day and will be used to promote healthy sleep and the benefits sleep has on mental health. Students can come visit our booth to discuss the importance of mental health and sleep, and can pick up goodie bags that will be handed out. An interactive component will take place as well where students can write tips/ways they find useful for getting a good sleep on a sticky note. These sticky notes will then be displayed on a poster board and will be shared to our social media after the event.
